Portugal Pavilion has officially received more than 400,000 visitors

As of today, the Portugal Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai has officially received more than 400,000 visitors since opening on October 1st.

The 400,000th visit belonged to Monzer Suliman Hadidi, from Oman, who was greeted by the Deputy Commissioner of Portugal to Expo 2020 Dubai, Francisca Guedes de Oliveira, as well as the pavilion director Manuel Couto Miranda.

The visitor was offered a symbolic souvenir from the Portugal Concept Store – a bottle of Masaedo‘s Terras Dazibo Olive Oil – which stands as one of the finest Portuguese extra virgin olive oils, having won a Gold medal at the Dubai Olive Oil Competition 2021.

Every day, the Portugal Pavilion welcomes Expo visitors from far and wide to experience an immersive 360-degree multimedia show and interact with its themes of Diversity, Sustainability and Opportunity. This journey through the imagination and achievements of the Portuguese people is complemented with traditional cuisine at the pavilion’s very own Al-Lusitano restaurant, on the rooftop, and some of the country’s finest products, available for purchase at the Portugal Concept Store, on the ground floor.
