Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, visited the Portugal Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai last Friday.

Sheikh Mohammed toured several pavilions during his visit to Expo on Friday afternoon, March 18, including Canada, Venezuela, the Philippines and Portugal.

Accompanied by the Minister of State for International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates, Reem Al Hashimy, and by the Director of the Portugal Pavilion, Manuel Couto Miranda, Sheikh Mohammed was briefed on the Portuguese exhibits, which pay tribute to the country’s historical achievements and highlights the culture of creativity and innovation in Portugal.
