Designing Spaces that Heal our Planet
In collaboration with Portugal and Switzerland04:00 - 06:00 pm
Never before has humanity’s footprint on the Earth been so considerable. Humans and nature are coming into ever greater proximity, to the detriment of the health of people and the planet. The COVID-19 pandemic is just the latest example of how the environments we have created put us all at risk. How can architecture and design help us build resilient spaces that not just coexist with, but support nature to thrive? What are the challenges and opportunities in doing so? This World Majlis session seeks to answer these questions through a lively conversation that brings together diverse thought leaders, visionaries and changemakers.
The event is live streamed via the Expo website, on the Virtual Expo platform.
