Children celebrate art at the Portugal Pavilion
The Portugal Pavilion hosted a painting workshop this Wednesday, in honour of Emirati Children’s Day, celebrated on March 15, and invited dozens of school children to unleash their creativity at Expo 2020 Dubai.
The event was held in the Portugal Pavilion square, where children learned about colours and painting techniques under the guidance of Portuguese visual artist Ana D’Castro.
Following the workshop, participants were offered a typical Portuguese custard tart (‘pastel de nata’) and were guided on a fun tour through the Portuguese exhibition.
